I love Real Estate and I love assisting my clients and advising them on how to get what they want and improving their personal net worth through real estate. Let me explain how I work, how I assist my clients in multiplying their assets and how I differentiate myself from other Real Estate agents.

First, I have been in real estate for over 17 years in San Diego County. (Most agents you meet have less than 4 years experience.) I have assisted clients all over the County and can help you where ever you want to buy or sell.

Second, I only work with 3 to 4 select clients at a time, on an exclusive basis. Therefore, my clients know they can count on me to do what is best for them and focus on their individual needs of enhancing their portfolio or finding them a home they love.  (I am not like the average agent who tries to work with many customers at a time. Therefore, they can not focus on their clients needs because they spread themselves too thin.)

Third, I wanted to compliment my work experience with education and received my MBA in Real Estate and Finance from San Diego State University. (Most agents don't have the education/knowledge to teach you factors that help you in making a great decision for you.)  I received my MBA because I care about my clients and want them to understand the RE process and how to make a great decision now and in the future. For my buyers, I focus on getting them a great deal and for my sellers; I focus on getting them top dollar. 

Since 1994, I have worked in San Diego County in different avenues of real estate and love bringing my knowledge and experience together to assist my clients in making great financial decisions. I began by managing large luxury apartment communities and my responsibilities included overseeing the marketing/sales of the property, customer service divisions and client retention. This experience helps me today in marketing my seller’s homes and creating the best visibility for them and their property. This, therefore, gets them top dollar and saves them time. In otherwords, this knowledge puts more money in my clients pockets with them doing less work and having to worry less. I was recognized as my company's top producer for many years and received many letters of praise from my clients. It felt very good to know my clients knew I cared for them and wanted them to be happy with my service. I, then worked as a senior research analyst for a commercial real estate research company. I researched and wrote reports on trends in the market and where the deals were made. This experience gave me a better understanding of the interplay between residential and commercial markets, as well as the factors and trends to watch for future expectations and changes in the market.  This experience assists me in advising my clients on what to do and when. It also, helps me increase their assets by keeping the profitable ones and letting go of the less desirable ones. I. also graduated from San DiegoState University with a Master's in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate because I wanted to compliment my work experience with the bigger picture and theories and understand historically how things were done. I love using my marketing; finance and real estate classes to help assist my clients understand the process and achieve their financial goals.
