Thanks again for being soooo wonderful in helping out in so many ways!!  I am so glad I went to your open house and met you and talked to you about what I wanted.  We wanted to move and seemed to only see open houses that we could not afford   But, after meeting up with you and explaining our situation, you were able to listen and understand our needs.  You explained how you work and explained the buying process, from escrow, to loan, to negotiating and because of that, we won't go to anyone else. We love our house!! I just want to say that persistence pays off....and thats the way we would describe Cynthia Michael. We met Cynthia when we moved into a rental property here in San Diego.
